Becoming a Yoma Car Share Member
Pick up the car from your chosen rental hub within one hour of your reservation time. If you don’t pick-up within 1-hour, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. When you pick up the car, please check the car for any damages. If you find any damages, please report us via Check Car button from your Current Reservation tab through our website or mobile app. The Check Car button will be disabled after 1-hour of the reservation start time.
When you need to refill the fuel, you can refill at Denko, Max Energy or PT Power fuel stations with the fuel card/book provided in the glove box of your rented car at no charge. If you refill at other fuel stations, you can claim your invoice at Fuel Claim feature from your Current Reservation on our website or mobile app.
If you have an accident, call our 24/7 365 Hotline 09YOMAFLEET (09966235338) immediately. Then, take pictures of the accident before moving the car and submit from the Damage Report. Please be aware that if you don't inform us of any accident or damage, your insurance coverage will be voided.
When you drive with us, you are covered with the excess damage waiver of USD 300 insurance policy i.e. if you do not break any traffic violations, the maximum you pay for your accident is USD 300. However, if you are found to break any traffic violations, there will be no insurance coverage. Some damage items are not covered in this policy and please check the details in our terms & conditions or check with us at our Hotline.
