Emergency is
- when you are in need of a medical emergency that could lead to death or serious complications if not given immediate medical attention
- when you are in a life-threatening emergency that your life is being threatened or in danger or
- when you have failed to return our vehicle after 24 hours of your reservation end time at the chosen returned rental hub, and we cannot reach you by any means due to the possible scenarios such as, including but not limited to, in an event of a road traffic accident resulting in serious/critical injuries/death, and in the event of a kidnap, robbery, physical assault or unrest and uprising in the area you rented the vehicle. Yoma Car Share will reach out to your emergency contact(s) when we define that you are in an emergency situation based on the criteria mentioned above. We will share the following information with your emergency contact(s), including but not limited to,
- your reservation details
- your Yoma Car Share account details
- your contact details and/or
- your live or last-known live locations.
Yoma Car Share is committed to the privacy of our member's data. Your emergency contacts will only be contacted in case of an emergency. By entering information about your emergency contact(s), you have authorized us to contact these emergency contacts when you are in an emergency situation. If you remove an emergency contact(s) from your account, Yoma Car Share will delete this information immediately.
